Dark chocolate gives this kiddy favourite a grown up twist.
Grease a 20x30cm rectangular slice pan and line with baking paper.
Place a metal bowl over a saucepan of boiling water, add the chocolate to the bowl and melt. Mix the honey with 70ml of hot water and stir to combine, add this to the melted chocolate with the coconut oil and take off the heat.
Stir in the coco pops and spread the mixture evenly in the pan, refrigerate until set and cut into bars. Sprinkle with crushed freeze dried strawberries to serve (optional).
