This robust salad of smoked trout and potatoes makes an excellent lunch or light supper. Quick to get on the table and I love the punchy dijon dressing.
Slice the potatoes in half and add to a bowl with the watercress , capers and dill. Flake the smoked trout over the ingredients.
For the dressing add all the ingredients to a screw top jar and shake well.
Dress the salad and serve.
