 2 kg Cooked prawns, peeled
 2 Heads of butter lettuce, washed
 ½ cup Mayonnaise
 ½ cup Greek yogurt
 ½ Lemon, juice
 1 tbsp Harissa paste
 1 tsp Honey
 Salt and pepper
 Dill to serve

To make the sauce mix the yogurt,mayonnaise, harissa, honey, lemon together and season to taste.

Chop the prawns into bite size pieces and add to the sauce and mix together. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Add a heaped tablespoon of the prawn mixture to each lettuce cup and garnish with dill.
